What you are buying
You are subscribing to software: a crypto research desk offering pressure signals, a public accuracy ledger, paper trading, and (on the Book seat) portfolio and alert tools. This is not a brokerage account. CryptoVest Ventures, LLC does not custody your crypto, execute live exchange orders, or manage money on your behalf.
Billing
Seats are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Access continues through the period you have already paid for, unless Stripe reports the subscription as canceled. Refunds, where applicable, follow the policy counsel establishes. Taxes may apply.
Risk
Predictive signals are probabilistic, not guaranteed. Past performance, whether backtested or live, does not guarantee future results. You can lose money, including the entirety of funds allocated to automated strategies.
Data
Market data comes from public reference feeds (CoinGecko, with Binance as fallback, and alternative.me for the Fear and Greed Index), not execution-grade sources. We store the account, watchlist, paper-trading, and billing information needed to operate the desk. We do not sell your data.
